Kent Social Care Professionals is an independent social care agency which was established in September 2006 by a dedicated team of staff with many years of expertise in this field. We are a locally based social care recruitment agency service in Maidstone, accessible to clients all over Kent and surrounding counties. With our local and detailed knowledge of the social care services our clients provide, we are able to provide a personal recruitment service to suit you and your needs.
For clients; we offer a competitively priced service, whilst always supplying the highest quality of staff, whether it be for temporary, permanent or contracted social care vacancies. To show how seriously we take our responsibilities to our clients, in August 2008, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for our Quality Management System. We are also members of the REC and all of our staff are progressing towards (or already have) the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice. In November 2008 we were certificated by the Care Quality Commission. This enables us to supply domiciliary services and supports the standard of all our services. We understand the need for continuity of staff for services for vulnerable people and we pride ourselves in providing reliable and efficient recruitment solutions to organisations ranging from local authorities, national service providers and charities to small independent services.
